  This place has some authentic shanghainese dishes, especially their shanghai soup, a must have, a very traditional dish that I havent seen at a restaurant before usually its a homemade dish. The pork knuckle is great yummy tender pork seasoned well. I would pass on the peking duck, no bun? But use tortilla? That's a first ive seen. And pass on the shanghai pan fried noodle, bit soggy. Green bean, Pea sprout, shaoxing chicken, and fried sweet and sour fish was good. Overall def a gem of a place in middle of nowhere, glad we found it! Be prepared for a long wait during meal times though

  bad service took them 10 minutes just to bring water after we waited 20 minutes standing in a lame lobby area with no seats. the food was Ok but shrimp was very scary and we decided not to eat it because of smell...old lady waitress could not remember our order and brought out wrong drinks etc. because of limited food in del mar it's OK but I would not recommend if you want a classy place to eat out with a special someone. also i honestly would say Panda express food is tastier.
