  Been here a couple of times and have had the same experience. I'm not looking for a speedy breakfast but it's taken thirty to forty minutes to get served and both times the food was barely warm. I'd love to give this place four stars if they can get their act together because the location and historical building alone is beautiful and worthy of a better rating.

  Consistently great food. Awesome service and nice outside seating. Burgers are one of the best. Eggs Benedict is also very good. Bloody Mary's are nice and spicy.
  
  Parking in the area is very tight so don't pass one up, even if you have to walk a few blocks. Plenty of nice shops and people to see on the way. Keep your meeter up, they ticket fast.
  
  After you eat, walk just down the street to a beautiful park with incredible ocean views.

  Breakfast was amazing! Friendly staff and they were really busy and they still seated us within 5 minutes. Very attentive service and reasonable prices.
